It’s where institutional clients obtain investment ideas in Special Situations:

We have a simple structure.  For an annual subscription, we provide institutional clients with

(1) Post-Reorg & Spinoff monitors on a monthly basis and

(2) On average, one actionable idea per month. 

We have a limited client base, which allows us to provide a high quality of service.  

We have two subscription levels.  Level I allows access to research only and Level II comes with access to research as well as analyst contact.
 
Clients pay with “soft dollars” through a broker of their or our choosing, or with cash. We are not broker dealers. We charge an annual fee, which must be paid in advance.
